Phase1MGMT is a boutique marketing agency in New York City. We manage social accounts that have created millions of impressions, produce content with photographers and videographers in NYC and LA, and connect brands with the creators who actually fit them.
Our background is on commercial sets and in hospitality, so we know how campaigns actually get made — the crew, the timing, the reason one take lands and the next one doesn't. That understanding goes into every calendar we build.

About
Founded in New York City by Quinton John.
Quinton John never quite fit corporate life. The last ten years went into building instead — a clothing line in Vietnam, volunteer work in East Africa, years in hospitality, modeling and commercial acting, and now a marketing agency in New York City.
Set work is where most of the education happened. You learn what a campaign really costs in hours, why one shot lands and the next one doesn't, and how creativity and logistics have to meet before anything ships. Hospitality taught us the rest: energy, timing, and what makes a night memorable enough that people post about it.
Phase1MGMT came out of both — a small agency built on partnerships, storytelling, and community-driven growth. We believe the people around you set your ceiling, so most of our work is building rooms worth being in: for our clients, and for ourselves.
